The 9th biennial BIOMA conference will be held at ULB in Brussels, Belgium either virtually, or a mixed format of virtual and in-situ.
Its purpose is to provide a forum for presentation and discussion of the latest theoretical and applied results in bioinspired optimisation methods and their applications. Authors will also have the opportunity to present their software tools and case-studies.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers (not being considered for presentation or publication elsewhere) describing theoretical or applied research. Papers addressing real-world applications are especially welcome. Areas of interest include Evolutionary Computation, Swarm Intelligence, Neural Computation, Artificial Life and related bioinspired methods, and their applications in science, engineering and business.
Full papers in English, not exceeding 12 pages (including references) are invited. Papers are to be formatted according to the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) template, and submitted in PDF format through EasyChair.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by three members of the international Program Committee.
All accepted papers with paid registration fee will be published in the conference proceedings in the LNCS series by Springer, regardless of the final conference format. The registered participants will get free online access to the content on SpringerLink for a period of 4 weeks.
