Outreach

The UTOPIAE Network is committed to engaging with diverse audiences to explain and promote the research being undertaken by the ESRs within the Network, and to demonstrate the value of this research to the world.

UTOPIAE should also serve as an inspiration to people who wish to learn. We want to promote STEM activities and education, and hope that through our fun and educational outreach sessions, some younger audience members might consider a future as a scientist in the fields of Optimisation and Uncertainty Quantification.

Here we will post links to the public engagement and outreach activities and events UTOPIAE is involved in:

Opening Training School Public Lecture “Games in the View of Mathematics” by Jörg Bewersdorff

Local Training Workshop Outreach Event at Glasgow Science Centre

Second Training School Public Lecture “Randomness and Imprecision” by Gert de Cooman

UTOPIAE CPD for teachers – (coming soon)
